1.Palladium catalysts for one-stage hydrogenation of Cracked Gasoline.
2.Nickel-based catalysts for one-stage hydrogenation of cracked gasoline
Technical characteristics of a hydrogenation catalyst:
(1) Good adaptability to raw materials, able to accommodate hydrogenation of different fractions of raw materials.
(2) Strong resistance to impurities such as arsenic and gum interference.
(3) Good hydrogenation activity, low starting temperature, and long operating cycle.
Technical characteristics of two-stage hydrogenation catalyst:
(1) The active component has high dispersion and good hydrogenation stability.
(2) The catalyst has low surface acidity, excellent hydrogenation selectivity and anti coking performance, and low loss in aromatic hydrocarbon hydrogenation.
(3) Strong resistance to sulfur fluctuations and good adaptability to high sulfur and low sulfur raw materials.
(4) The sulfur content of the product can be reduced to below 0.2 μ g/g, and the aromatics hydrogenation rate is less than 0.5% (m/m).
